The Las Vegas Hilton Hotel & Casino sits on 59 acres, one block east of the world famous Las Vegas Strip. In addition, there are another 21 undeveloped acres which have already been entitled for 4 towers, consisting of 1000 rooms each.

It is immediately adjacent to the Las Vegas Convention Center, one of the most modern and functional facilities
in the world. The Las Vegas Convention Center is more than 3.2 million square feet, and is home to the largest conventions in the world.
The Las Vegas Hilton Hotel & Casino includes 162,000 square feet of convention space, and works in conjunction with the Las Vegas Convention Center.

The hotel includes 2,956 rooms and 305 suites. Included within the 59 acres are approximately 25 acres available for development.
The property is situated along the monorail route, with a monorail station at the front door. The monorail links the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel & Casino to many of the other hotels along The Strip. The future plans are to
extend the monorail system, on the south, to McCarran International Airport, and on the north, to The Fremont Experience and downtown Las Vegas, and thereafter, to the hotels along the west side of The Strip.

The Las Vegas Hilton Hotel & Casino provides world-class entertainment, with Barry Manilow starring in the showroom on a regular basis. Other entertainers scheduled in the near future include George Lopez, Brooks &
Dunn and Trace Adkins. There are 16 restaurants on the property, offering guests a wide variety from which to choose.
The gaming areas are divided into three distinct areas. There is the 37,000 square foot, elegantly appointed
main casino, a 30,000 square foot SuperBook and the Space Quest Casino.

The casino includes 62 table games and 1,228 slot machines and video poker machines. The table games include Baccarat, Wheel of Fortune, Blackjack, Craps, Let It Ride Stud Poker, Pai Gow Poker, and Roulette.
The SuperBook is Nevada's largest and most technologically advanced sports wagering venue. The SuperBook can broadcast more than 40 different sporting events from around the world at any given time. There are 40 giant projection screens in the SuperBook, and a seating capacity of more than 300. The Space Quest Casino is the gateway to Star Trek: The Experience at the Las Vegas Hilton. There is a poker room, with 11 tables.

Now, now, that's really uncalled for. These big casino's trade hands all the time. I'd be a little surprised if someone here could take down a deal like this, but I'm certain someone will. The LV Hilton's a pretty prime property. I had no idea it was on the block.

Since its on the east side of the strip, wouldn't it fall under Harrah's dominion?

Good luck with your sale. You might have better luck calling the Don - better known as The Donald, a.k.a. Donald Trump.

You won't believe this but a developer I know has a contact who got all his funding lined up to build a casino and just found out 3 days ago he lost the city bid to another developer. I don't know what amounts we're talking on their funding end but they had the funding lined up for development. I'm sure this deal's already done but I'll shoot you an e-mail if you get something new. Who knows?
