I just got bumped out of a deal on 160 plus units in Dallas. I REALLY wanted it. I'm currently looking for Multi- family or self storage with great upside potential. Can pay cash. Have looked in TX and FL. I don't want war zone or ghetto. PM me with what you have. I currently have several LOI's out there without determination yet. Rich.
