I have a commercial property in Peoria, IL available for assignment.

It is currently vacant and needs about $30k-$40k in work. It was once used as a saloon/bar and a beauty shop and is zoned multi-use commercial so can be turned into just about anything.

Upstairs there is a living area that can be rented out.

The address is 1719 W Lincoln Ave, Peoria, IL 61605 and price including assignment fee is $9,500.
