Real Estate "Guru" Jim Fleck's Seminars

Dear All.

I would like to see if i can get any advice from anyone on this forum.

Has anyone ever attended any of Jim Fleck's training seminars?
They promote it as very comprehensive training with much details, free bonuses,etc.
I imagine they might sell your a mentoring program along the way.

So, I am kindly asking for any feedback regarding their programs, if you have attended. If you did, do participants really learn from these seminars? Do they present detailed information, or are they more of a marketing technique for 4 days?

I would Greatly appreciate your feedback before I spend any money attending these events.

Guru = waste of time and money. Read here on BP and save your money for investing.

This is true, the DVD is only eight bucks... but beware -- you're also by default "on the hook" for nearly $100 per month for a subscription to massiveinvestornetwork.com which is... kinda useful. Lots of great links and resources and lesson modules.

And then we started getting monthly newsletter/CD mailings which aren't all that well organized (yet) but still show lots of promise.

Gut feeling says Fleck is genuine, and the evidence is still coming in. :) Haven't attended any live, in-person events tho.

Hi, Karen, I have never seen you here bofore, can you tell us more about the progam?

Alex, if you need an excuse to get out of the house so that you don't have to watch the Soap channel, and if the seminar is less than eight miles away and your vehicle gets 30+ miles to the gallon, it might be worthwhile to attend a guru seminar. Now, if there is no cover charge and they will have food, it may be worth driving up to 12 miles away, depending on how hungry you are. Giving your real name should be careful consideration! Some of these guys are really good, so you should leave your credit cards at home and take less than $20.00, just in case you are convinced at the time to sign up. You never know, you might run out of gas, (on the way home) so it's always good to have some money in your pocket!

I don't know this guru, I have no idea what he has, but beware of random short posts to RE sites that promote gurus as sometimes there could be another agenda. Bill

Well Bill personally I am not as thrilled as Karen with the massive investor network. I like to check out the different products out there as I am sure we a lot of people do. For 97 a month after your first month free. You get the next 11 modules one at a time! So that right there means I am on the hook for a year if I want the full experience. Yet it gets even better Bill second month rolls around and the billing starts and there is no module 2 available so I am stuck with module 1 which doesn't really give you anything to do a deal. Month 3 comes and thankfully they forget to bill me. Still on module 1 but you get free squeeze pages Month 4 we finally get module 2 or weeks 5-8 of getting my super wholesaling business off the ground. We also get the super duper cd that was organized by a deaf child who soothed his ADD by pressing the random button. The sad part is once he gets his ducks in a row he will offer a great product, because the content is great just not the delivering system of the content. Just my 2 cents worth.

"Thrilled" isn't the right word. More like "optimistic". :)

It's still early on, we're just into month #2, and there have been some delays in delivery of/access to content, but when it shows up, it's good stuff.

My experience has shown that any seminars which are FREE to attend are just filled with upsells to get the attendees exited and run to the back of the room with credit cards in hand. Be carefull!
