Anyone read BP member David Krulac's book??
How I started with nothing and made $12M in Real Estate.
I was spending my Visa rewards on Amazon and came across his book. I'm thinking of buying it, but I've read so many real estate books, I'm kind of burnt out on em. Sounds like something different though (case studies) and I think it looks interesting. Any reviewers willing to comment?
Anyone reading anything good? I'm ordering The One Thing by Gary Keller. Heard it is a great book and a must read.
