Looking for advise

We need advice, we just attended a Scott Yancey real estate seminar. They offer a 3day Seminar that is supposed to teach us how to invest in real estate. They promise to allow us to use their funding, up to $750,000 per deal and they only take 1% plus $495 after closing. Is it worth spending the $1997 for the class?
