I bought his program some time ago and wasn't too impressed. I gave it a try but the response I got to the advertising he directed me to do were some of the biggest losers you can imagine. A couple of them actually had a few dollars for a down, but most didn't even have enough to make any payments. I returned it to him and he called me to try to get out of refunding my money and wasn't too happy with what I thought of him and his program. His program depends on you making a lot of deals and getting a couple of thousand for an assignment. Way too much work for so little money in my mind. That is if I could have actually found someone that could actually have bought a home, which I never did. |

Tim, I don't have the system, but have heard many of the same stories about Mr. Evans. Especially when it came to getting a refund. He offers the refund, then works to not give one. At least that is what I was told. Thanks for sharing your feedback! |
