I have his program. I bought it on ebay. It is very thorough. Covers financing(even owner financing), what numbers you need. What and where to look. He is one of the few that talks about actual commercial properties, offices, industrial...not just apartments and calling them commercial. He shows you actual examples and walks you through deal analysis. I think he's one of the best.

I have Scott Scheels program as well. He was actually one of the first people that I have learned from as well as Dave Lindahl (apartment riches) and have had the opportunity to meet both of thempersonally. They are both great investors and are really about their business.

I would suggest Scott's course to anyone. I would also suggest the bootcamp. It's somewhat pricey but he offers alot of great information and gets you ready for the commercial world. Also, the bootcamp provides alot of motivation.
