@Michael Barbari has an awesome product and was approved and funded faster than anything I've ever seen.  I highly recommend looking into the 25k home improvement loan he's talked about in some posts and on the marketplace.

I want to say it's probably the easiest application and process I've ever had.  I had a harder time getting a new southwest credit card replaced from Chase.
