Just wondering if any one has bought the system or been to one of his seminars on apartment buying?

Hi Jon. I own the 'Apartment Riches' home study course, and I attended his bootcamp out in L.A in 2007. Bootcamp was great, but there was a bit of upselling with the other speakers he invited. All in all, it was great content...especially the deal analysis aspect.
I just received his book Multi Family Millions. I'll let you know about that if you're interested.
I have Dave Lindhal's Apartment Riches course. It was worth every penny. I thought it was a good overview for one who is not familar with multi units and their financing.
I have never been to the boot camp, but have spoken to more than one investor who said they benefited particularly from the creative techniques covered at the bootcamp.
All in all, Dave's home study is course is a good beginning and overview of multi unit investing. If you use his forms and go step by step you will seem like a seasoned multi unit investor to the brokers and sellers you approach.
For more advanced or creative financing techiques I think you will have to look elsewhere.
I never attended his seminar or boot camp, but will the first chance I get. I did read his book Multi-Family Millions and am really impressed. Compared to other authors on the subject, he seems to get into details more, and shares his experiences on what has worked and what to watch out for on topics that you wouldn't really think too much about, but can have a big impact. It's really easy reading, and I definately recommend it.
I'm also reading his other book - Emerging Real Estate Markets which I think is really good as well.
If you are thinking about going to his seminar or buying his home study course, I think you should read one of his books. It's a good indicator of what he has to offer, so you can better judge if you want to proceed with his programs.
Cheers!
If anyone's interested, I just finished reading Lindahl's "Emerging Real Estate Markets" book, and would highly recommend it. Some of the info is kind of repetitive after reading his other book, but there is a lot of new and vital (in my opinion) info that this book covers. And he's also got a new book coming out in a week or so called - "Trump University--Commercial Real Estate Investing 101". I'm totally going to buy it.
