Does anyone have any experience dealing with Jame Smith's real estate investing program?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have any experience, but when I saw him speak one time, everyone got up to head for lunch it seemed. So he said, "Hey, you are what you eat, WEINERS!"... it was great.
I am a student of James Smith. I started with him 4 years ago. I love the program and have learned alot. If you need any additional information let me know.
I can vouch for a discussion board set up on Yahoo Groups for James Smith students. No one there criticizes anyone when they make a real estate mistake. It's a great group.
I will also vouge for james smith. No specific reason, I just have not heard anything bad about the guy and I do a bunch of research on speakers since I am one myself. FYI, i don't take RipOffReport seriously. People use that platform to bash others and there is no way to prove anything on it.
He teaches all forms of real estate investing. He has helped his students do developments. He has bootcamps on foreclosures, commercial, you name it. His son Ryan also does teaching and has a bootcamp on mobile home parks that is held in a mobile home park so you get hands on training. He truely wants to help people be successful in real estate investing.
I picked up a set of his $1,000+ videos and did learn some stuff... though much of what I learned would jave gone over many newbs heads.
