Josh set up a forum specifically for books.

While you get used to the site set up I'll go ahead and offer a few books I like. Rich Dad Poor Dad makes complete sense in terms of philosophy. Robert Shemin wrote a decent one on landording - Secrets of a Millionaire Landlord. Those are some pretty good ones.
Wow so many books, but a large majority seem to be covering gurus which I have no interest in at all. Is there a post covering some books worth reading?
Sage, follow my blog as I enjoy writing book reviews on books that are actually worth something, except the last book.
I'm currently reading: The Truth About Money by Ric Edelman.
That book was recommended by fellow BP members and I've only gotten through a little bit of it (it's like 600+ pages) and I'm completely hooked. I'll be reviewing this book as well.
Sage, I recommend EMyth Revisited, The Rich Dad Poor Dad Books including Real Estate Riches and Cashflow Quadrants and Goals by Brian Tracy.
"Real Estate H20" by John Dessauer is a really good book for Multi-Family. "Guide to Investing", Rich Dad Series was what did it for me.
