Anybody heard of it? Here's the concept:

1) Buy cheap land for pennies on the dollar by building (on twitter/facebook) and advertising to a targeted seller list.

2) Flip quick as "wholesaler" to a buyers list.

3) Offer seller finance (when wholesaling) to build cash flow.

Sounds like it has promise, but the "home study course" runs $1500.

Hmm reading that topic seems that people are making judgement about his systems without actually knowing what it is and just knowing the "idea behind it".

It's not that it's the guru mindset. The mindset is that all they care about is coming up with $1500-$2000 courses so they can suck money out of your pocket.

Seriously if Jack does all of these deals so much why does he need to create a thousand dollar plus course.

He's your typical guru that creates these courses, has his inner circle of friends spamming your emails to buy it through their link so you can get bonuses and Jack goes to the bank hundreds of thousands of dollars richer before he made the course.

Why invest in real estate anyway. Just create a course, charge 2 grand for it,hype it up and collect the cash

And why is he doing another course he already has a course that he charges $2000 for. I'll tell you way MORE MONEY IN HIS POCKET

· Renton, Washington

What's wrong with an additional stream of income?

Have you studied his course? Do you speak from experience or are you simply a speculator who assumes everyone who tries to sell something for "2 grand" and actually uses a sales process in the process, is ultimately selling you garbage without any kind of system that has worked for him at some point in time?

Real Estate Investor · Aurora, Colorado

Here's my opinion (CAUTION: I'm biased)

Yep, Jack's course is offered with 2 options - $1,500 and $2K. Yep, he'll make a lot of cash from sales.

Yep, there are a lot of affiliates selling it and offering some pretty crazy bonuses. Myself included.

No doubt about it.

Here's the deal. You can look at it from the perspective that every course should be priced at $97 and that it must be bogus if someone sells somethingg at a higher price point than what you might think is "fair".

But... if you stand to learn how to make an extra six figures over the next year 9and each year thereafter) as a result, would price $2K price still bother you? Probably not.

If so, simply don't buy it. It's totally a matter of choice. Some folks feel they can learn all they need from a $20 book and some actually believe that all they need is located right here for free. Again, it's a matter of perspective.

The same argument could be made for buying and selling houses (if that's your thing). Is it 'fair' for you to make a couple grand (or tens of thousands) when you put together a deal in a couple of hours? Lots of folks don't think so but will that affect your 'moral' judgment if someone cries foul because you're making a substantial profit?

Mr Investor, if someone is spamming you simply report them and get them shut down. However, if an individual opts in to a mailing list and then cries "SPAM" when they're actually marketed to as a result... well that'd be pretty silly.

HTH,
Brian

So is there anyone here who bought his course?

Real Estate Investor · Aurora, Colorado

Ivan,

Yeah, I bought it last year before he made the additions. It does everything he claims it does and that's (partly) why I decided to promote it this year.

Again, you can always return it for a full refund if you decide it's not for you but if you actually put it to use (most don't even bother opening courses they buy) you'll most likely knock out a profitable deal or two in the next couple of weeks.

HTH,
Brian

Hell, just wait a couple of months and get the course on eBay for pennies on the dollar!

Mr. Investor....I take it you've bought a few courses in the past. I feel you!

· Renton, Washington

Brian is it pretty much a a system of how to build seller and buyer list + contracts for buying/selling land?

How much land have you bought/sold using this system?

Real Estate Investor · Aurora, Colorado

Ivan,

Yes and Yes. It's all in there.

I've been working tax deed sales (land as well as houses) for nearly 10 years and have done several thousand deals in that time.

Jack's course is all about buying and selling (mostly) free and clear land. I feel that's one area that the course lacks a little bit because it only covers land deals.

Personally, I work these deals in multiple states from multiple angles (land, houses, liens) and have included "the missing chapter" as an added bonus to cover exactly how I make these deals happen.

While it's not rocket science, an organized system definitely makes it all run a lot smoother.

You got it! Remember a lot of folks buy the course and never us it. So they figure they might get part of that $2k back by selling on ebay. Check out Ebay first, even if it is not there now it will be in a few months. All the land deals will still be there waiting for you to become a millionaire.

One other good idea before buying a guru course always check out the site RipOffReport.
Here is a link to Jack Bosch.

Why even pay that much for it if it does not work?

Real Estate Investor · Aurora, Colorado

James,

Seriously? LPG launched on Monday and now someone is selling a "new" copy of the course for a BIN price of $600?

How cool is that? Instead of getting all of their $2K back via a refund (if dissatisfied with the course), they wisely decided to sell at less than half price on ebay? Also interesting about the seller's "no returns" policy. Makes perfect sense because it'll likely arrive to the unsuspecting buyer in FUBAR condition.

Now nobody's saying that you're suggesting anyone actually buy a bootleg course off of ebay because...

That'd be like someone here on BP suggesting that a fellow investor pay $100 to somebody "other than the owner" of a property to sign a Deed in order to gain ownership.

Dennis, no doubt there are a lot of scams out in the market place. It sucks and they deserve to be exposed. But let's keep in mind that ROR, unlike snopes.com, doesn't bother to verify submissions or perform any fact finding effort at all. That's why it's a free-for-all for folks like "Jack Bosch Scammer" (is that the submitter's real name?)

Anyone can post on ROR (you, me, disgruntled tenants, employees, haters of all kinds, etc). It's just plain good ol' wholesome mud slinging entertainment... like The National Enquirer.

Real Estate Investor · ten mile, Tennessee

Nobody said it is a bootleg copy of the "new" system.

More than likely it is a copy of an older version of a system sold by Jack.

But then again a statement found on the internet which is attributed to Jack says this.

this is Jack Bosch here.

I just came across this comment and would like to respond.

1. I respect your frankness, but before you bash someone, please check the facts.
2. Go to my webpage http://www.sunnyland.com and look under past auctions for my properties for sale. You will see that I have sold thousands of properties.
3. When I say 5213 deals, what i mean (and what I explain on my other webpage http://www.secretlandprofits.com) is that this consists of purchases and sales together, meaning I have bought about 2700 properties and sold about 2513 of them (approx.) and currently hold about 180 (+/- a few).
4. I don't know where you find your properties but if you focus on LAND only like I do, most properties don't have any other liens than back taxes.
5. 63% of my properties are bought without even owing any back taxes.

So If you are willing to keep your mind open you might see that I do things probably a little different than you do and that it is in deed possibly to do several thousand deals.

And if you send me an email to jack@secretlandprofits.com I will be gladly sending you some copies of my Live auction brochures (9 auctions to be correct) where each time I sold on average 200 properties in one day (these were my properties which I owned and had bought using this system)

Real Estate Investor · Altus, Oklahoma

LOL um when someone says they've done 5000 deals it usually means they've done 5000 DEALS not buying half and selling half what kind of guy is this anyway

· Renton, Washington

And if the deal involves buying and holding? You're quick to rip on someone who you know nothing about, aren't you?

Rehabber · Lexington, Kentucky

Ivan,

Seems like you are already sold on the system...why dont you go ahead and get and report back to us after you have used it?
