Looks like he is another "Guru" in a long line of "Gurus" that's going to sell us a SECRET way to buy Bulk REOs. I have heard of Tim Mai but never Kenny Rushing, I could not find much info on him.

It does seem the latest gimmick is coaching on how to buy bulk REO properties. Sounds like a fast cash gimmick to get your cash fast.
I posted a reply about him in another forum but it looks like it has been taken down for some reason..
Probably because there are people on here pushing his "free houses" and such to solicit names for his programs.
I really know nothing about him or his programs, but it doesn't give one a good impression if he is using tactics like this to find clients.

The free houses definitely came across as a gimmick to build a list of potential investors. This is the first I have heard of him but it looks like he has been around since at least 2006.
I got that FREE HOUSE REPLY too. This guy is a friend or so he claims to be a friend of Preston Ely. I am not sure abou this guy due your due deligence and check him out first.
He supposedly is an investor in Tampa that lost big in 2006-7. He has some videos on *************.com and looks as if he is going to start selling some sort of class. He also has videos of his office and workers on youtube, along with some endorsements.
Not knowing anything about him I believe he meets the two most important attributes for any guru - he's been investing for less than 3 years and he lost alot of money!
Based on that he should have terrific success as a guru.

I like that statement! Anyone can claim to be a guru. A while back I was getting all of the hype on "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and went out and bought his books. Silly me, I got home with the book and then decided to google the author. Only to find out he is just another fraud. I threw the book away still wrapped up.
I saw his video too, seems to good to be true with all his videos like 24 hour short sale approval which he claims that he is doing everyday and also claims that he is the only one who is doing....seems like gimmick to get money from newbie investors with his course- I will not buy any course from him.
It seems to me when you got gurus getting endorsements from other gurus that it is worse than no endorsement at all. Anyone that really knows the guru is not going to see it as a positive thing and you lose creditability.

That's a good test Don, like an acid test. The amount of money lost/time in years in real estate X the number of endorsements. The higher the number the further you stay away!
He's been around awhile and does 24hr.SS's because he buys the Note, so he's the bank. I downloaded some decent stuff but won't buy either. I'm not sure but I think Preston is in the same area. Lots of investor/guru's there.

Immediately there is something wrong with this picture. Because we know that you need money, Kenny Rushings at least wants to get paid.
Now it sounds to me if you follow Kenny's teachings and secret strategy, you should be able to sit by the pool, in the airport and watch your money grow. If you like you probably hire someone to take care of the laptop and phone.

Glad to have you on BP. I would actually love to know more about your program. Do you provide your students the bulk REO listings or do you teach them who and how to make contact with the bank?
I know that many times the bulk REO listings available generally are quite stale. So I assume that you have good connections.
