I don't know him or his program, but his website has the guru appearance (again, this is opinionated at a glance).

Keep in mind that websites or advertisements which use extrordianry history of performance results are meant to excite and draw you in. That is the intent after all, to draw people in to purchase the program.

Let me answer your question with a question: If someone was really wholeslaing 5 deals every month consistantly for 5-6 years in a row, why would they even bother wasting their time to market a product to "teach you how to do the same"? If you can come up with a good answer for that, then buy it, if not, be careful.

If I were wholesaling 5 homes every month and making $5k-$15k per transaction or more, there would be no reason for me to market such a product, I would just keep wholesaling and avoid more competition.

Expect email everyday and his method of aquiring private lenders was pushing toward violating SEC rules. I admit that I haven't read any of his stuff in a couple of years. I like Will's opinion to.

Brian Haskins is acutlaly on here,go and read his posts,they speak for themselves,he's also on fb,and answers his own emails as well,im not vouching for his course or anythign of that nature,im just sayign he's on here and seems to knwo what he's talking about

Find buyers
Find motivated sellers
Get property under contract
Flip contract to buyer
Get paid
Rinse and repeat

Of note. I see Brian does contribute a fair amount here and I have seen him contributing on other sites. It is refreshing to see a coach, consultant or mentor giving to communities like this.

I saw this thread and I thought I would just address a few things.

First I still run a full time wholesaling business. The only reason I got into internet marketing is because I thought it was a great way to teach people and out of sheer boredom.

I have been blessed to be able to have a business that runs on autopilot and has for a few years now.

Do I make money selling things online yes but is it my main source of income no way.

If anyone has seen my stuff they know that what I teach is how to automate and outsource your business so it runs on complete autopilot. This is what I have done in my own business.

Its not that I gave up real estate because I wanted to just be a "guru" I didnt give up real estate at all. I do internet marketing because I enjoy teaching and giving back and why not I dont have spend all day running my business so it frees me up to do other things.

Plus who wouldnt want to make extra money?

I know there will be some people that will always be anti guru but there are some good people out there teaching stuff that is great.

I dont want to make this a long post but I just wanted to say if you have seen my stuff then you know its all about automating your real estate business so you can free up your time and do things you actually want to do and so you can enjoy the money you make.

I do what I teach and that's how I can run multiple businesses and still have time to enjoy life.

as far as Cameron Dunlap goes,dont get guru washed especially with so many emails that you are getting about the latest and greatest system,go out and work hard at it then start outsoucing,think about it how are you going to outsource stuff that you really dont know yourself?there was a review on here about him not long ago
