Floorplanner plans

I wanted to see if any one on here is using floorplanner or similar site to crest floor plans .. 

I am looking for information regarding the process on location. Are you using sketch of for dimensions and going to office to do the PC work. 

Or bringing laptop to location and doing the plan there?
