Hi Bill just from what i know about HUD home is that for one for the first 15 days the property is available it's only for the owner occupied people and then after that it's available to anybody. You also have to have an agent or broker who has a NAID number to submit bids on your behalf. After that you can submit how many bid you want but if the bid is accepted then you have to have the earnest money to put down and i believe (don't quote me) also some type of proof of funds letter.
