property manager
my cousin own 2 hours in Charlotte NC...but she lives in Houston TX..she's asking me to keep up with these house...for the passed 2 years everything ok..until last month I have to files eviction one tenant when the Jud find out the home owner not there she close the case..do I have to have rental license or property management license...I do not get pay from my cousin..I just tried to help her.please help. Thank you.
