Rent a condo after selling house!!
Hey Guys!!
I have a plan to sell my house in the suburbs and rent a condo close to the city. My plan is to reduce the excess amount of items and maybe save a little money as well. My idea is to take only items that are used regularly to the condo and store other indispensable items in a self storage. The entire plan is hoping that condos are a little cheaper to live than that in a house. Also I got a good offer for my house and found a pretty decent condo by Mac Suites, http//www.macsuites.ca/explore-/ at a relatively low rent. I got a real good deal at a self storage facility nearby. I think I have a good opportunity to save some money. What are your opinion about living at a rental condo? Do you think my plan is erred?
