Sandwich Lease options and option issues

What issues may rise with both sandwich lease options as well as straight options? I've heard of seasoning issues and title insurance issues; how can these be avoided? Also, I know not everyone can pay the assignment fee and most lenders won't lend on assignment fees. How can one collect their fee? Thanks in advance. -Alex |
