I want to learn the ins and outs of REI want to buy a home study course but stuck in which to buy ,anyone heard of Cody Sperber his course cost $297 has all the ins n out of REI also Chris Goff who sells wholesaling strategies only for $197 his ins n outs of wholesaling,fix n flips n eft cost $799 which u think is best?
