LF shower cleanup, re-caulk, etc in Denver - any recommendations?

Hi,

I'm not sure this is the right sub-forum for this post. But I was hoping one of the members might know who I can get to sort of "re-do" a shower in a place I have in Denver - just clean it up, take out mold, mildew, etc - re-caulk/grout/seal, etc.

Any recommendations? Also what sort of price should I expect to pay for something like this?
