Interested in Getting into Meetup Groups

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody knows of the best meetup groups in the DFW. I want to be able to network with Real Estate Professionals as well as partner with other Cash Buyers that are interested in buying investment properties. Please respond with good groups to attend as well as the date and times they meet.

DFWREIN was run by a guy who just got snagged by the FBI for stealing investors cash... this isn't a joke, it's the truth... in Dallas you can go to the Roddy Roundups and there is also another REI network www.opendoorrei.com which is a great place to meet people in the RE investment circle. If I can help you out at all, let me know. I work with a lot of the people in the "circle".

His web site (top one) does say he's being investigated, but hasnt been charged of anything...yet.. but his classes are still being offered! "Financial freedom" sounds so good.

Met him before, very nice guy, until he found out i didnt have tons of money to invest with him. Never talked since. All make sense now :)

Reminds me of Sam Leccima of "Flip This House" Both of these guys had Radio or TV to help them seem like big wigs on the investing scene. TV or Radio help convince people there investors you can trust.. and too many people end up getting scamed.

there are a ton of stories about him being arrested all over the net. I know a lot of the people personally affected by his deceit. I wouldn't make falso accusations about anyone. This guy is a real piece of crap.
