Any Indianapolis Investors or People that Invest in Indy?

Are there any Indianapolis investors or people that like to invest in Indy on this forum? I would love to do some networking with those in the Indy area that are looking for wholesale properties to purchase or a way to sell their wholesale properties faster.

Yes, that post was from a long time ago..lol

But I still network with people that are looking to purchase wholesale properties in the Indy area because that's what I specialize in.

Wow, looks like BP had some kind of time glitch on this thread. I see Posted dates that seem a bit old, but then I see Edited dates in the posts that are from 2010. Strange.

Steve the updates was with serverÂ´s time issue in June 2010, all posts before was updated :).

hi,
I have not been to Indy, but I think within 1-2 wks I will b there. The answer to what type of props I prefer is "I am not sure" because I don't know the mkt there yet. Any insght u can provide is appreciated.
I have experience in short sales and wholesaling and that is what I would concentrate on. I own several props that I manage in NYC but since this is log distance I donn't think I prefer that, unless it is greater than 20 unit bldg. I would consider that.
