Looking for people in Philly, Pa

Hey Jeff,
I am in the philly area, out here in Conshy. I have been looking to get into some deals and am still searching out some good contacts. i have never used lease options. i own a house in Conshy and one upstate and would like to get more active in investing. do you have mortgage lenders or rehab contractors you use regularly? or do you deal strictly in lease options? let me know thanks

Hey guys,

I don't currently live in Philly (live in DC), but lived in Philly for 20 years growing up and plan to return down the road. Would love to start building a network in the area and potentially even find some deals.

I'm a Philly guy. I love this city and always love chatting it up with other Philly guys. It's a great city and a great place to invest because many areas still cash flow incredibly well.

Hi, I came down for school and I'm looking to wholesale some properties for some capital. I'm from maryland and I've been studying rei for a while but now I'm ready for hands on. (College fees are no joke!LOL) But I think it's the push I needed, now I'd like to network with others to find out more about this area and maybe even partner up.

Philly area here also, Im looking to network with like minded individuals also and meet others from the philly area. Im on jersey side in Merchantville/Cherry Hill. Im actually getting into the commercial lending business so hopefully I can network with people and build a rather large network of people.

Also looking to network with others in the Greater Philadelphia area. I'm located in Bucks County.

I'm involved with 2 others in multi-state excursions, but I see little activity on the web regarding Philly -- good properties still seem to be at a premium, despite the current mortgage problems.

Also in the greater Philly area on the NJ side in Marlton. I was thinking of exploring the Temple University area as far as leasing options to students out there. Would like to keep tabs on your progress with the local network. Diversified Investors Group (DIG) is the group in this area, you may want to contact them.
