Columbus Agent and Title
Columbus BP Investors--
Just had a title company tell me that making too much money on a deal is illegal (she wasn't sure how much was too much...) that we can't "flip" the house within 6 months...and definitely a problem if we want to assign or double close.
We were already looking for an Agent that likes investors, but if anyone has recommendations for Title as well in the Columbus, OH area--it would be very much appreciated.
