Hello,

I am known on here as Marvin-The-Student, but am a new investor just starting out. I am looking for others who are looking to make their first deal and would like to team up, so that we can all tackle the first deal together.

What I envision is a team that will branch out and start gathering possible deals, where we can help each other out along the way. With that said, what I personally want out of REI, is to wholesale properties, starting out, then move into landlording, and owning rental properties.

Since I replied mostly in PM, Ill just give more detail.

I am new, but my investing group is not. We like Baltimore, PG, and DC, but truthfully, any deal where the numbers work is OK. The companies philosophy is to buy sight unseen if all the numbers work, and we're all learning how to develop Bus credit so we can buy cash, if neccessary. Like I said Im new, but if you know about any deals, Ill get our team to check it out. They specialize in Extremely creative wholesaling techniqes, so even if its a challenge type deal, I might not know whats going on with it, but they will.

I see that this thread was started a while ago. I was wondering how it has turned out for you since your post? Did you make your first deal? I would love to hear about it. I am from the area and interested in getting started and would like to know know how it is going for you and discuss possible doing some deals.
