I started a small investors group a few years ago. It ended up slowly disbanding, but was very helpful for a couple of years!

I would be up for a new group that invests in the Midwest (particularly Nebraska) even if the members were spread out geographically.

I would be interested in being part of a group like this. Currently I have 4 investment properties. Single family homes resnted. I do intend to continue to grow. It'll be great to meet other investors.
