Hello,

Can anyone help with locating A, B, C, and D areas in Dallas and Ft. Worth?
Which one are the "happening" areas?

I'm currently researching the market, trying to get an understanding as to where these different areas are located in the cities.

Any indication is welcome!

If we are talking rental properties, then I completely agree with B, C, and D that he mentions. I haven't seen Southlake as a real good rental area though. McKinney, Allen, Plano, and even farther north up 75 into Sherman can be good too. Denton has had some good opportunities lately too.
