Have you considered adding commercial energy brokering as a value added service for your commercial customers/prospects? The company that I work with provides a free service to find the best energy rates in commercial na gas and electric in Illinois and 18 other states. Commissions are 50% of the broker fee. Let me know and I'll send info.

I have several associates that purchase cheap deals in the Indianapolis market area that are low in taxes and are free and clear of liens and judgments.

I have sold several deals to them, but I don't have any more inventory.
