Atlanta Area Networking Thread

I figured I would start a thread where everyone in the Atlanta area could post contact info and a brief summary of what they do and if applicable what services they provide. This will give users a quick way to see everyone on here and what they do. After you post, i will put a summary of what you do, a contact info and a like to your post. This list will be generated in this first post and will be updated when anyone new comes in a posts about themselfs.

Include Name, services/experince, email at a minimum.

I think this is a good way to make a easily accesable list of Atlanta area RE Investors/lenders/agents etc.

My name is Danny Kay, I work for a company called Intergrated Designs. I do an assortment of things ranging from: zoning, land planing, property managment, web and graphic work, marketing property, etc etc. We are also regestered AIA Architects in GA and several other states, doing work for Lockheed, Kroger ( 65+ projects this year alone), Quest Diagnostics, Sysco, etc etc

We are Drew and Kelly! New to the whole REI thing. So pretty much useless to everyone right now! haha But we appreciate all the information shared here and hopefully will get meet and learn from some local investors!

and fyi.. i have been working for a real estate attorney for the last four years.. i work as a paralegal :)

Hi everyone. I just started on my first rehab two weeks ago. I'm knee deep in sheetrock dust and ugly light fixtures. Wish I had found this forum earlier. Oh well, I'm learning as I go along. I've been a realtor for 6 years in the Peachtree City, Fayette, and Coweta area, specializing in finding great deals for my clients, and I have FINALLY jumped in with both feet and am now officially an investor also. Will let y'all know how this one turns out. So far it's been great fun! I expect to get the house on the market in a week or so. Wish me luck. I live in Lawrenceville, GA, however, most of dealings are not in the state of GA. I deal with the Sellers/Builders of luxury properties wanting to sell their properties at a discount, Property Consultant.

HI everyone! My name is Jessica. My husband (Jeremy) and I are also new in REI. I am currently a stay at home mom..the hardest job on the planet!! My husband is a Building Engineer. We also own our own construction cleaning business. If anyone needs any type pf cleanings..LET US KNOW! We have been learning about real estate investing for a few years now and are ready to take ACTION and start investing! We are starting out with wholesaling properties.
