Listsource Criteria: Equity % vs. LTV
Howdy,
I am planning to start my first direct mail campaign this month and have decided that I will purchase from Listsource and mail to absentee owners.
My question is,when it comes to criteria, is it better to go with Equity % or LTV? Also, while navigating the Listsource site, I didn't see any entry fields for either criteria. How do you determine Equity % and LTV on Listsource, and what number should I be aiming for in each one? If someone could provide some examples, that would be fantastic.
My focus is wholesaling. I'm new to REI and have zero knowledge of my local market, just to put things into context.
