Another way I was thinking of tracking down pre-probate filings is by using LexisNexis. Last night at a BP meet-up here in Sac a BP member use's this program that is allowed by his employer.

Fellow BP member and myself were trying to get into his head and picking his brain as to how to access pre-probate filings or decedents assets before "Notice of Petition" is filed.

Anyone use this program and if so what are your thoughts??
