Anyone using Infusion CRM to track their marketing?

I just got done installing Than Merrill's Infusion CRM setup to track my marketing and leads coming in from my web site... just curious if anyone else is using this thing and what they thought of it.

I am curious as to how long it takes the average joe to actually get it into daily use.

What does it cost? and How does it work? I have seen many tracking instruments.. and I like the call capturing systems..

The product itself is $8000 and $300 per month I think. We are now working on getting it running with our websites to track the incoming leads so we can see how the marketing is doing for each site. It also has auto responders and newsletters and shopping cart all built in. It will be great once it is set up... I am just wondering if anyone else out there has it and how long it took them to get it into action.

Than can kiss my a crooked letter crooked letter if he thinks I'm going to fork over 8 grand and 300 a month for some tool that might or might not work.

These guys I swear are out to bleed people dry pretty sad.

have you been using the Infusion CRM since you posted your question about it in 2008? i am looking for a good tool myself and wondering if you liked using it or had good results from it?

Archna, I would recommend using Zoho CRM or HEAP by WBPsystems. Zoho however has a whole suite of other online applications that compliment its CRM. Best of all. it is free for the most basic package and can be upgraded for scalable solutions.

I use Infusion for my non-real estate investment marketing... I am very happy with it, as and it is an extremely powerful.

I am not sure I see the cost benefit of using it for capturing and tracking real estate leads however.

Maybe I'm missing something... but Infusion seems like overkill.

The perfect product doesn't seem to be out there for me.
I used Zoho before --- is there a specific add-on for real estate investors?
It's tough, because it seems like more work to input the information than it is to just leave it it my google docs or my google calendar or what-have-you.

I'm looking for a simplified answer set up specifically for real estate investors.
Just to keep up with contacts, appointments, property information, follow-up, etc. --- simple.
Anyone got something?

We track all of our marketing with a custom VTiger CRM solution we have built. Our marketing yields around a 14% response rate and we have systems set to track calls as well.

The CRM system will take your contracts and the information populated in the fields and merge the data with the click of one button. 30+ pages of sub-to paperwork or short sales packets....all done with one click.

We're hiring a programmer to segregate our current contracts/coaching material from a potential standalone user's info. Thanks for offering to test it out for us. We should be ready to go in the next few weeks.
