Investor's money question.
Hi bp nation I am working my first deal with my real estate investing company and had a question (which may sound dumb). Ok so I have an Investor which this will be his first time going through a rei company he wants to invest in my business and we are ready to buy properties. We are wondering the best and easiest way to do this. Does he write the checks for the properties or does the money get put into my company account so it will be bought through me? Any help is appreciated try not to beat me up to much!
