First Direct Mail Attempt!

Hello BP community!

My wife and I are getting ready to start a pretty serious marketing campaign. We have noticed that the MLS in our area is full of the same tired/overpriced properties, so we decided to prepare for our first direct mail campaign. We would love your feedback on our plan!

We are looking into using Postcardmania.com to mail postcards to the two towns we are focusing on. We will probably mail every two months the first three times, and then start mailing every three months.

Our strategy is to focus primarily on single family homes and small 2-4 unit buildings. Has anyone had any success with a particular mailing list or type of mailing list when they do this? We are hoping to find owner-financing deals and other types of low money down deals, although we have a little cash if we find the right deal!
