Bandit signs and AT&T

So this last weekend I put out my bandit signs but had to go out of town on Sunday night and was unable to pick them up. So of course I got a call saying come get them or you will get a fine! Do you think that I won't have any problems as long as I just take them down Sunday night? I mean do they work on the weekends too you think?

Not really interesting they are exempt. Politics are also exempt from the Do Not Call list, why? Well Politicians make the laws right? Of course they gave themselves and exemption!

Same here in Houston. I like putting out my signs next to the politicians for a good laugh. Lately, the place I've been purchasing signs from have been telling me to avoid certain areas. There's a crack-down in the works. Some of the large builders have recieved fines.

I'm considering trigger leads and a auto-dialer. Up to September of next year it's still possible to blast out recorded messages.

AT&T was the one that called me because I was tacking them to the telephone poles. I went out to get them and there were only about three I had to pull down, they got the rest. I had actually expected Sacramento City code enforcement to call instead. But thats ok, I'll just pull them down Sunday night like I was supposed too.
Speaking as risk to reward... the bandit signs have only pulled in one call! But, this only my second week putting them out (about 30 each time).

I would just put them up and leave them up and see what happens. But if you are concerned about getting fined you will usually have little problem if you put them up friday night and take them down by monday morning.

Have you tried putting your signs on the ground before? If you can, try to find other places where people have placed bandit signs and keep track of them. If they are there for a long period of time, chances are they are having some decent conversions. Then you can just casually place your bandit sign in that area :).

I dont think you have to rush to take them down. At&t takes forever just to get anything done. lol. They do hold their equipment high. I once had these guys sent out from At&t to cut down a tree I had in my backyard because it was next to their poll.
