To those of you that have real estate licenses - when you do your direct marketing, do you say that you are licensed? Or do you market as an investor looking to buy their house and then tell them that you're licensed later? If you are licensed, you will have to disclose eventually.

I would like to know how others handle this as well. I am pursuing my RE license for my investment business, and I am wonding how I should handle this in the near future.

This should be covered by the RE board or licensing agency in your state. My understanding is that you would have to disclose this in your marketing material, but perhaps that's not true in all states.
