Hey Everyone. Quick question does anyone have a copy or template of a yellow letter that can b used to attract buyers? I'm thinking about starting a yellow letter campaign targeting absentee owner's in an effort to build up my buyers list. I'm just not quite sure what to say. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Erick,

I have family in Davis. Cool town! I use to invest all over Yolo and Sacramento counties before the market crashed.

Just curious… have you considered using a squeeze page to build your investor/buyer's list? You'll be able to build it a lot faster and cheaper.

Hey Erick,

Here's something you can use on your yellow letter to find investor/buyers. It should help you get started. You can switch it up as needed.

Hi, my name is _______. I wholesale houses in __________. I have a property that I need to get rid of near the one that you own at _________. This property is priced way below market value so you could either keep it as rentals or fix it up and sell it for a profit.
