What's the best way to invest $50k?
I am curious to hear what people might think is the best way to invest $50k in cash.
I have some money available to invest, and my goal is to grow it and become a full time RE investor.
In the past I have fixed n flipped, but now I'm looking to create long term cash flow.
I'm thinking about buying 2-3 rentals in the Cleveland area, where I'm located. I believe I can generate about $1500-$2000/mo in rental income.
I'd like to reinvest this income into buying more rentals, and eventually sell to then buy bigger multi family units.
What do you think?
