IN GROUND OIL TANKS????
Hello All,
It is about time sell my primary residence and I am on the fence on what to do with the in ground oil tank. There is gas in the house so I can have the tank pulled and convert or leave it and go to market as is. Pulling will be costly and time consuming but I am curious to see what others in my area {Central NJ} think and if they have run into any issues with in ground tanks. It is fiberglass and is currently being used without issue. Thanks.
