Condo analysis???
Hello everyone
Quick question do you all analyze a condo the same you would analyze a SF? Do you include a utilities and repair expenses? If someone could please share the numbers on a condo they own I would greatly appreciate it. I've been doing the numbers on a 30k condo I found and the numbers show that I wouldn't cash flow. I feel that with HOA it's hard to cash flow with a condo. Can someone pore me wrong please. I really would like to own several condos vs sfh. Thank you in advance.
