Deal Analysis: Condo
I couldn't upload my excel program so I have screenshots with pre-set values.
Questions are:
How does this deal look overall? It will cashflow at interest rates below 3.46 if I remember correctly, if the rent and expense inflation rates stay where they are set now.
Inflation of expenses are really killing my cashflow. Are my inflation rates realistic? I made sure to inflate only operating expenses and not the mortgage.
Any other advice would be appreciated.
