I would like to know any way if we can find out the defaulted owners contact info?

I try to call 411 given the owner's name, but couldn't find their contact #. In this case, I got their names from their neighbor.

I just located a homeowner by speaking with the Tax Assessor's office. The clerk provided me with a current address, because it was public record. I then did a reverse address lookup on whitepages.com to get the telephone number....
