(Gerald Romine) Real Estate Profit Pro(REPP) or his Ultimate

Hello,
everyone I'm trying to see if anyone in here has ever used (Gerald Romine) Real Estate Profit Pro(REPP) or his Ultimate Real Estate Investing System(UREI) softwares. Both of these programs sound like they could be very useful tools. Real Estate Profit Pro(REPP) is computer based and Ultimate Real Estate Investing System(UREI).

I'm trying to see if anyone else is using his software and if anything else was out there on the market like his software.

I heard he was one the best. He also puts on his site that he had a competition w/all of the big dawgs in Real Estate and he won by doing more deals than anyone else!!! Someone's had to have bought this system because I'm curious as well if it works or not???

Shelby . . . I just wanted to let you know that there aren't ANY courses that just WORK. You have to get out and do the work. I'm sure you knew that, but I thought it was important enough to reiterate!

There are 3 types of people in the world.
1. Looters
2. Lemmings
3. Business People

Business People ad value to the commerce or transactions that they touch. There are more of them than you think. :wink:

Looters prey on Lemmings and their inability to use logic to make decisions.

The list of examples is endless. It goes from Preconstruction houses at 120 percent of market value, to feeding kids in Africa for 99 a month with the promise of wealth, health and all that stuff, and of course the $7,000 course from guys who do not do real estate, with concepts that do not work in the real world ..... :)

All you can do is recognize what people are, amongst the 3 described above, run to the hills if they are 1 or 2.

You will not save the world. You can only save: you and the few around you who might listen.

Why would anyone sell the ability to make millions with a methodology as simple as following this check list? These people are entertainers not investors, the sooner you figure this out, the easier if will be for you

Josh of course I know you have to go out there and do the work. You can have all the most useful information in the world but if you don't put it to work then of course it's useless.

Jeff what I don't understand is why people don't do the research before they attack. Why do you charge up to $500 to be member of your website? Also you only recommend one author Mark Warda for some reason (maybe you're an affiliate of his)? By the way Gerald Romine's course is $1,995.
The video that you wanted me to watch, I'm not sure if you meant for it to make me question if I'm living in a dreamworld or not???
My last point is I think you forget that we all get our information from somewhere. Whether you read it in a book or in a course. You weren't born with the information to make money in real estate, you had to get it from somewhere. I'm also sure that plenty of people on this site have bought courses on real estate, and the information has been useful in someway. A lot of this information we need is not public information you have to get it from somewhere!!!
