ISO Experienced, aggressive realtor to help me find and buy homes in Jacksonville Fla asap
Im a landlord that lives about a hour away in Ga, but am trying to buy a home and move to Jacksonville, Fla. Like many owner/occupant investors Im trying to bid on cheap homes and foreclosures (cash buyer), and would like to find a Realtor who will help me handpick homes, and help to pursue the deals I make offers on, and maybe help to educate me about buying @ auctions if thats possible. I have experience in Ga, but just havent bought since before the housing market went haywire, and have never bought in Fla. Ive been working with a realtor who Im just on a mailing list of listings, but half the time they come in already under contract.
