I can suggest a property management company in KC. Jennifer Knight, JK Knight and Associates.
I have been very happy with them and know others have too. She specializes in Midrtown, where most Section 8 vouchers are used. So she knows the area and the clientele. She gets results.

Thanks Jeff! I will definitely give her a call. Do they have a website I can check out in the meantime?

I have contacted quite a few, and am in the process of deciding who I am going to go with. A lot of the companies I contacted said they only work in certain areas of Kansas City, and it depends on the block! The areas where my houses are don't seem that bad, but a few said they won't take them. Oh well....

I own a fourplex in Blue Springs MO which are managed by Results Property Management. They had tenants in place within a month on this brand new complex. Very professional. 816 228 9667

I wound up going with Results Property Management as well, and have been happy with them so far (for the past month).

Jennifer Knight of JK Knight and Associates wound up taking ill and was pulling back on her property management business, at least for a while.
