So I just watched John Alexander's video on his new program the "non-performing asset finder" program which pays you 1/2% for any portfolio's their "investor" buys. I.E. a small $5,000,000 portfolio pays you 25k.

Anyone here using home seller assist? Anyone else seen this program?

I would love to talk to you guys about any REAL success that you have enjoyed using this program. If you can convince me it works I am so in! So far I have not seen any proof and have only been able to talk to folks that have no cue about seller financing and notes and the secondary mortgage note market.

Ha ha I agree totally Jesse! I have not talked to one person associated with this program or with any of Alexander's programs that has impressed me at all. I wish someone would step forward and give us the lowdown but, I don't believe there are any success stories they have to share. Where are they today?

I have used John's "Inverse Purchase System" for the past 5 years on ALL of my real estate transactions that work with it (no short sales, no REO flips).

Home Seller Assist is a collection of diversified real estate education (from short sales to inverse purchase to commercial to name just a few) plus members get access to transactional funding.

Yes, you can get your education from more specialized sources (i.e. buy a short sale course for $997, buy a wholesale course for $997 and buy a commercial course for $1,497), but hey, who needs all that if you don't plan on applying it anyway?

HSA also includes weekly members coaching calls with John (personally) - that's without any monthly fees, and you get your questions answered - especially if you are taking action.

Yes, I am recommending HSA as an affiliate, and most of my team members have appreciated the fact that they can ask me for details and tips as I know the program well and have used it myself, in addition to John's coaching.

Marc I've had for the last few months been trying to get these guys to come up with deals they've made with this program and I have not had much success. In fact I went back and forth with one member here who's an affiliate trying to get him to confess a deal he's made with this and all he did was say"I don't need to tell anyone" blah blah blah

I don't believe 1 second these guys use this program for anything. I believe all they do is go around and try to recruit as many to this MLM program as they can. Look in Backpage,Craigslist and other online classified sites and ads for this are now being saturated on those sites.

So I'm not holding my horses for a solid review for this program and just chalk it a MLM marketing scheme.
