Harbour Portfolio LP?
Was wondering if anyone was familiar with this company/fund. They own about 80 or 90 properties in my area, very low end properties. Perhaps they're like Econohomes, a bulk buyer of last resort for Fannie/Freddie REOs that won't sell. I assume they will try to flip them as-is, but not really sure. Not much on Google, other than an address in Dallas (listing Charles Vose as an officer.). Wondering about their exit strategy, they seem to just be stockpiling properties.
