Building my cash buyer list
I have a list of cash buyers that live and purchase property in a different state than I live and do business in. I want to start investing in properties in their area and have drafted a letter to mail to select individuals in that state. Should I inform these cash buyers in my letter that I live out of the state they do business in? I can offer them properties at big discounts, but don't want to scare them away from doing business with me because I live out of state. Thanks in advance!
